Refresh Your Summer with Juice

This summer, take in some healthy and refreshing juice with recipes courtesy of our SCNM Nutrition Club!

Protein Berry Cacao Smoothie:

1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 Scoop protein powder
1 Tbls nut butter of choice
1 Tbls Cacao Powder
1 cup almond milk

Stevia (optional)

Green Juice Smoothie:
2 apples

1 cucumber
½ bunch of celery stalks
1 bunch of kale stems (keep kale leaves for cooking – like kale chips)
1 lime

1 thumb ginger
