Recipe: Chocolate Mocha Overnight Oats

This tasty recipe is great for breakfast or as a snack.  It also happens to be vegan!


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon organic maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder (superfood!)
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate shavings (optional)
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • Shaker bottle



  1. Add coffee, nut milk, maple syrup and cacao powder to shaker bottle.
  2. Shake up to mix ingredients.
  3. Add in oats and shake some more.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.  
  5. Top with berries and dark chocolate shavings and enjoy!
