- 5-6 fresh or frozen organic strawberries
- 1/2 cup of fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
- 30 grams of favorite vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- Dairy, soy or nut milk and/or water to desired thickness
Add all ingredients to a regular or bullet blender and blend for 60 seconds. Makes 1-2 servings.
