Recipe: Strawberry Vanilla Protein Shake

It is important to recover with a good source of protein after a hard workout.  Check out this delicious protein shake recipe!


  • 5-6 fresh or frozen organic strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 30 grams of favorite vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup raw oats
  • Dairy, soy or nut milk and/or water to desired thickness
  • Ice


Add all ingredients to a regular or bullet blender and blend for 60 seconds.  Makes 1-2 servings.
