As a patient in a traditional medical setting, I always felt there was something missing in healthcare in general with how patient care & treatment was approached. Everything changed when I discovered naturopathic medicine, the pieces fit together! Gentle therapies to stimulate the body to heal itself and treating the patient as a whole person just made sense. Now it’s my dream job and I love working with my patients to figure out the puzzle so they can feel their best!
In my free time, I can be found tap dancing or snuggling my dog, a Schnoodle named Zeke. My partner and I enjoy traveling to Northern Arizona, to Texas to visit his family, and meeting up with my family from Western New York to discover new cities around the country. I also love experimenting in the kitchen to discover simple and delicious allergen-free recipes.
