About Me

I am passionate about working with patients on an individual basis to provide them with the best possible care. I hope to not only become part of my patient’s health team, but I also aspire to provide them with education so they can take an active role in making decisions about their health.  I am dedicated to treating the whole person and not just the symptoms.

I have always been a big science nerd.  I started with a background in biology and chemistry when my own health took a turn that lead me to do some investigation.  I didn’t like the options offered to me because none of them supported my body’s ability to heal itself.  I began the search for something that seemed more logical to me, blending both science and my body’s natural processes.  Because of this, I often times feel like naturopathic medicine chose me!

In addition to delving deep into a patient’s history to find the root cause of symptoms, I spend my free-time exploring the depths of nature. I love hiking, camping, rock climbing and finding small-town treasures across the country. I am so thankful to call myself a naturopathic doctor and I can’t wait to help you reach your health goals.

My Mission

Work with each patient as an individual to find and treat the cause and support healing.  I also strive to provide education about how the body is innately able to heal provided the proper environment.
