About Me: My journey into healthcare started in 2006, the moment I was first diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. I am a transplant from Tennessee who has a passion to support healing with happiness, positivity and open-mindedness. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking; hiking; and spending time with family, my fur-children and friends.
Emphasis: I primarily practice primary care with an emphasis in endocrine disorders (hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, PCOS, perimenopause, menopause, andropause, fertility, and diabetes), sexual health, medically supervised weight loss, and nutrition.
Secondary Emphasis: Digestive disorders, chronic disease, and anti-aging
Education: The University of Memphis (Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry; Bachelors of Science in Biology). Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine).
Additional Training: Medically supervised weight loss, PRP facials, PRP for hair-loss, Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy for Men and Women
My Mission: I am devoted to facilitate healing in patients with the least amount of intervention possible. I enjoy teaching patients and students a mindful approach to safe and effective healthcare. I always collaborate with my patients when making treatment plans, utilizing either naturopathic, conventional, or a combination of treatment options when necessary. My emphasis is to prevent progression of many diseases along with supporting recovery so that you can live the best life possible.
Top Achievements: Preceptorship in Endocrinology with a focus in hormone replacement therapies.
