What is a food sensitivity? It is your body’s unique reaction to proteins in foods that create an inflammatory response. Therefore, your body may have problems processing certain foods. Even a person who eats healthy can be inadvertently consuming foods that cause problems in their system. The only way to know is to get tested and find which of these foods you need to avoid.
