Cranial Sacral

Cranial Sacral therapy is a bodywork technique that uses gentle touch and pulsating pressures along your body and head, promoting movement of your cerebrospinal fluid throughout the central nervous system.

Craniosacral therapy or cranial sacral therapy (CST) is a bodywork technique that uses gentle touch and pulsating pressures along your body and head. By doing this, practitioners can promote movement of your cerebrospinal fluid throughout the central nervous system, which controls your entire body from your muscles to your organs.
