About Me: I’m a retired Battalion Chief/Paramedic from the East Valley. After 34 years of service, I have grown really value helping others. I am thrilled to have this position at SCNM because it allows me to continue caring for people in need.
Education: I graduated in June of 1980 from Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in South Bend Indiana. I also have a A.A.S. Fire Science Degree from MCC.
Top Achievements: My wonderful family is by far my greatest achievement. Their dedication to to helping others makes me incredibly proud. My wife is currently a nurse administrator at Mayo Hospital in Phoenix. We have two sons, one who is finishing the final year of his Neurology/Psychiatry residency and another that is in his second year of medical school. My daughter is a stay at home mom.
Little-known Facts: I love the outdoors, especially during the fall and winter seasons in the Valley. In the summer I go to our cabin in the White Mountains to escape the heat. I also enjoy hiking, biking, and exploring. I am a professionally trained photographer so I like to take my camera with me on my adventures.
